If you have a complaint about any of our services, we suggest you contact your adviser
directly as your first point of contact. He / She will work with you to try and resolve your
complaint. If you are not satisfied with this process, please contact our Compliance Manager in writing by either emailing compliance@focus-wealthpartners.com or sending a letter to:

We aim to resolve any complaints as early as possible. Upon receiving the complaint, an
acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working days. It will be logged in our complaint's
register and keep you appraised of progress every 10 days until either the complaint is
resolved or escalated to FIDREC.
Any complaint will be investigated with the aim of achieving an amicable settlement and a resolution that is fair to all parties.
In the event that you are not happy with our resolution of a complaint, you may wish to
contact the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (‘FIDReC’):
